Michael was born on Earth and raised in Texas by a loving family. His dad was a veteran, Michael idolized him, and eventually enlisted to go join the Alliance. He went to New Canton, did some shit, got promoted to Corporal, killed some Collectors, and eventually left to go join the SSV Wandering Wave that was later renamed "Perseus." When the broadcast of Earth's invasion was shown to him, he went with the remaining New Canton colonists to go down to Earth and fuck stuff up.
