-Character Advantages/Talents: Making drinks, cooking food, cutting people. Picking up light small items.
-Character Disadvantages/Weaknesses: EMP, light armored hull (That's not a good thing), one damaged eye, can only pick light things up, has only one hand to pick up things

-Current Equipment: Circular saw, blowtorch (Can be used as a flamethrower and fire extinguisher), small claw (To pick up light things.)
-Backstory: Mr. Pop was a simple Mr. Handy type 1 build robot unit within the production time of Mr. Handy facotires. This includes the standard built in equipment of a circular saw and blowtorch. He was bought by a simple regular american family, a man and his wife, and two children. Mr. Popter was a great man, he has treated Mr. Pop (Handy) well, as in not scrapping him if he screwed something over. Mr. Pop always prepared the breakfast for the children, and went with them together to the school as to protect them. They were only 8 years old, and the parents were in the morning at work. You could not trust the outside world of communist spies luring to take your children. One day, in the year 2077, in a every morning routine in the american life. An emergency broadcast was brought up in the TV. Mr. Pop immedatily attempted to contact the parents about the emergency broadcast, but it was too late when the bomb fell. The blast was so strong, as it hitted the house. The walls flew off, and with them, the children. Mr. Pop was pinned against a wall, but still functional. As the blast has cleared, and the gigantic cloud of the nuclear bomb can be seen. Mr. Pop has waited around the resident of the house of his owner. He waited, and waited. Thou, they never came. As the theorizing of the possibilty of the death of his owner. He has named himself Mr. Pop, as to honor his owner for the great time of serving him. Almost 200 years passed during the travle within the wasteland. During that time, he has met not very nice people that costed his right eye. Aswell few heavy dents and a hole to the front and left side of his pod.

Nothing wrong with a mister handy. Pretty basic application as far as it goes but for a Mister Handy? I don't think that's too much of an issue.
