Backstory:  Born on Sur'kesh, Celia was a rare case child.  Originally born male as Biewyn and with a deformed right arm, he underwent amputation and cybernetic reconstruction at the age of 6 (age when salarians are full-grown), and then sex reassignment surgery at the age of 8 (age when salarians are considered adults).  Given her now peculiar situation she was unfit to be trained as a dalatrass, a fact put into sharp juxtaposition against her genetic father being a political mediator.  Celia instead opted to begin training in the medical field at age 9.  When she turned 13, she was shipped off to the Citadel to both further her education and assist in the care of a select group of patients that held deep significance for her.  

During the time of the server's setting, she is studying to become a geneticist on the Citadel.

Backstory:  There isn't a whole lot known about this mysterious salarian.  That is an unfortunate (or fortunate) side-effect of working for the mysterious salarian Special Tasks Group, or STG.  Things that can be discerned about Reylds, either by snooping in certain encrypted data banks or by his own admission, are bits and pieces of his service record, his rank, and his most recent travel record.  He began making a splash in the ranks of the organization around age 20, rising at a reasonably steady rate all the way up to Commander of the SUV Urstarth at age 35.  By this time, most of his missions were political in nature (investigations, counter-terrorism, sabotage, espionage, etc) and he gained some political favor and rapport.  He claimed to have retired at age 38...

During the time of this server's setting, Reylds is stationed on Earth helping repel the Reaper attacks.
