Tony is brought up on the citadel, being the son of a C-Sec officer and a bartender. He is a brother to a female Botanist, trying to find work in a garden or park. During his early years he is taught proper manners and is often put to work. They make him do things ranging from cleaning the entire house to running errands such as picking up groceries. During his teens, he is brought out to the middle of nowhere in the galaxy by his father, hiding from the eye of Alliance, Blue Suns, Cerberus and the likes. His father's childhood friend Jag, a Krogan who fought in the Rachni wars, would show him the works of launching rockets, typical explosive physics, and proper safety while handling grenades and other dangerous weaponry. A rare opportunity for anybody part of a Citadel race. He is taught how to maintain rifles and fire them, though he preferred the heavier weapons as he saw them as a simpler form of weaponry. His father would often lecture him about safety with such weapons, and to uphold his loyalty to the Alliance, making him swear to join the Alliance's Navy as soon as he turned of age. His sister ends up dying of unknown causes on a trip back to Earth. He decides to move on from the Citadel and join up with a Task Force to escape the thoughts he had suffered from back home.

See only problem I see with this is I don't know if I fully trust you with a heavy weapons specialist also where would he have been tutored for heavy weaponry, civilian grading likely goes to the extent of assault rifles please try to give me some more detailing over it give me something to be hooked on or something that will fit the bill more realistically -Pending-
