June 4th, 1843 Sam'nania enter the world to a Quarian by the name of Ril'Zem vas Shaaca whom was at the time, married to her Mother Daryrae T'zeois. Sam'nania spent her younger years idolizing her Fathers military career much to her mothers disliking of it. This would not last long as the escalating tensions of the Geth War would force her father to both Sam'nania and her mother away to Illium for their own safety. The days to follow only were only worst as they learned of her fathers death on Rannoch, driving her family into a small state of chaos as both Sam'nania and her Mother were confused on what to do.

Daryrae soon sent Sam'nania back to school on Illium to help her move on to which she never really did. During the following years in school Sam'nania passed her way through classes with much ease but was never very interested in them. Soon, after months of begging having her Mother place in a private class for beginner biotics to begin to hone her skills as one. Like a natural with them she swiftly came to a point where she was able to use Biotics with ease, the simple ones that is.

Once reaching the age of adult hood Sam'nania set out to discover the universe. Never pushing herself into a dangerous position such a mercenary or a self-demeaning one as a Omega dancer. She did the odd jobs around the galaxy, ship repairs, exploration and geography missions. She always enjoyed adventure more then that of violence--but something always ate at the back of her mind a growing urge to followed in her fathers footsteps, so she did. Swiftly returning home after years of adventure and exploration she joined the Illium Military. For the next years of her life she spent time practicing and training to become a biotic adapt, using her skills not for offensive purposes but to help defend herself and her allies. Sam'nania never practically liked killing, she tried to stray it. To keep herself from being practically useless in a Military standpoint she focused her Biotics on being on the defensive instead of offensive, swiftly supporting and protecting her squad mates. The World around her changing swiftly as the Reapers came to ground even though they gave a great defense on Illium it just was not enough to hold during the intense fighting. Force to retreat Sam'nania and what was left of her squad made their way to London to which they participated in the battle for earth. After she wanted to make something of her career and witnessing the events of the JTF she aspired to join them
