Two Paragraph Backstory(For Returning players it is only one Paragraph);

Little Karina was born to the Lebeau's a mere two years before the Collector's attack on their home-colony. She is the blood-related sister of Pip's, however unknown to him at the time due to his young age. Weeks before the colony's demise, her mother and father had sent their daughter to a medical facility for testing for showing signs of Cyclothymia - her parents unsure on how to deal with their little girl's hyperness or depression episodes every so often. - However, the Collectors had already attacked her home colony by the time she had been through processing at the medical facility, hindering her return. She remained at the facility before being transferred to a boarding school of the likes back on Earth. Never having seen it before, she was amazed and instantly fell in love with it.

With the years going by, she grew to be a typical teenager, in love with certain kinds of music and photography and knowing the insides and out of computing - she lived a pretty normal life - Never realising the truth of her past due to her age at the time, however. She too, was diagnosed with a Bi-Polar type II disorder, causing her to have swings in her mood at random intervals in episodes. This, coupled with the fact that she want to 'give the Alliance' a try, kept her from joining it initially. However, with the advice of a mentor-figure in her life, she tried her arm at using a back-way into the Alliance military by starting with a small technology-branch that branched from the Alliance. There she worked her best, helping decrypt illegal transmissions, decipher criminal activities whilst working for this cyber-security branch. With the qualifications granted, and nothing but to move forward - she tried to apply for the Alliance by this means, and to her surprise was accepted even with her disorder.

Gone through camp, with minor mistakes on her part - coupled with a few... episodes whilst in training which was brushed off as just stressed luckily enough, she made it out as a technological specialist along with her combat training.

The Reaper War hit. This is where she was tested big time. When the war had hit, she had been serving aboard a small Alliance-Owned research vessel that was also serving as a listening post. Having hearing the cries of nearby planets when the Reapers had struck, drove her down a spiral into a depressive state. The vessel having being relocated to help fleeing refugees from the affected planets, even barely escaping a Reaper-Oculus attack. Down in her most vulnerable point, she had considered a few options but still tried to keep head-strong and soldier on through it. Her stationed-ship, having what fire-power it was equipped with, had taken part in the Battle over Earth in a more supporting role. Lives were lost on her watch, again driving her to a state of spiral yet still tried her best to battle on through it.

She had helped at the near-end of the Battle of London, mainly evacuating what was left of the populace there, along with a small strike team to clear out a husk-occupied street. - This marked the only time she had been in any real face-to-face combat situation, and had come out on top all the same despite her emotions, and the likes. Affected by the war, and the scars it marked on the galaxy as a whole - she visited a psychiatric facility to treat her emotion-mood swings, currently on appropriate medication for it. Cleared for duty, she had been suggested by her superiors a more suiting role for her - and that is what lead her in the direction of the Task Force. The skills she had with technology, and computing coupled with her above-average combat skills, she considered the opportunity to join using her superior's reference. Pending acceptance, she eagerly awaits her response, in her own little way, even learning about a fun fact or two about the... Task Force.
