Two Paragraph Backstory(For Returning players it is only one Paragraph), Five to Seven Sentences per Paragraph.

Brian was born on March 13th, 2166 to a loving upper-middle class family in Miami, Florida. At an early age, Brian took an interest in space exploration, mainly because of hearing about the other species and the Citadel on the Alliance News Network. His school life wasn't too difficult academically; he got CPR-certified in high school and learned how to do basic programming with HTML (although he easily forgot most of that programming). Socially however, he was considered an outcast. He had his own group of friends, but he wasn't considered popular. He was bullied throughout his middle and high school career and he never really felt accepted within the modern society. On his off-time, he usually went to the spaceport in the city, watching ships as they came and went. He considered once becoming a stowaway on a ship and heading to wherever it was going, but decided against it because of the risks involved.

At a college fair in his high school, he learned about a private college that he could attend on the Citadel. It was a pricey one, but he was willing to go to it. Once he got out of high school, he took a few months of off-time for himself before eventually paying himself a one-way trip to the Citadel. He applied to the college and got accepted after taking a few of their entry exams. When Brian started picking his classes out, he decided his major was going to be in the medical field. He wasn't sure if he wanted to be a pharmacist, surgeon, or anything, so he started out simple and took a few first aid classes. These classes were expensive, but he got his money by becoming a bartender in one of the local bars of the Kithoi Ward. When he wasn't in school, being a bartender, or wasting time by playing a bunch of Extranet games, he'd still head towards the space ports and watch as ships of many designs come and go. He was in awe whenever he saw a ship that wasn't like the ones he seen at the Miami spaceport.

Everything was going great for Brian. He never got in trouble with C-Sec, he made a lot more friends in both the college and the bar, and for once, he felt like he belong. By February of 2185, with the help of some of his human friends, he finally made a decision on what he wanted to do. He loved the Citadel, but he wanted more. He decided to get the best of both worlds when it came to the medical field and space exploration by joining the Systems Alliance Military. He got through basic with some difficulty with his friends and was assigned to the Sixth Fleet, while his friends were assigned to different fleets. Thanks to the classes he took at the college, he was able to be assigned as a combat medic on board. Although the Sixth Fleet was stationed at Terra Nova and didn't see much action, Brian loved his new life on board one of the ships in the fleet. When he was off duty, he usually spent his time staring out the windows of the ship, down at the planet Terra Nova or at other ships that were near his current one. Things couldn't have gotten better for him...

Then the Reapers attacked. Brian was able to catch a glimpse of them as they descended onto the planet, and was ready to be deployed to round up survivors and bring them to the fleet. He wasn't deployed as the Sixth Fleet was ordered to avoid engagement by no other than Admiral Hackett himself. Brian was pissed off by this decision, but had come to understand later that if they were deployed, the fleet would've gotten wiped out trying to fight the Reapers. The Sixth Fleet was put into reserves, waiting for the battle to retake Earth, and Brian was ready. He couldn't wait for the fight to retake his home. He finally got what he wished for when the massive combined fleet created by Commander Shepard finished the Crucible and began their assault on Earth. On the initial push to earth, he got to see all sorts of ship battle the Reapers; Quarian, Turian, Asari, Batarian... He was fascinated by their design and the battle that raged on just outside his observational window. Then it was his turn; He boarded a Kodiak Drop Shuttle and got himself situated for the battle ahead.

He came down in the second wave, just after the anti-air batteries were destroyed in London. As those doors open, he finally got to see combat, but it wasn't as he was expecting; his NCO was killed just before they jumped out of the Kodiak and his squad came under fire. He was pinned down behind rubble for five minutes before another squad came in and fired upon the suppressors. After that firefight was finished, with three soldiers from his squad confirmed KIA, Brian and the other survivor of his squad linked up with the second and fought their way to establish and secure an FOB. After they had secured one, his job still remained far from over. Since he was a combat medic, he got thrown into the triage center of the FOB and worked on healing Alliance Marines injured in the drop. It was a stressful few hours for Brian, but he got to see other species work on their wounded, and he was happy to lend a helping hand wherever he could. He wanted to save lives, and now he was doing what he signed on for. Even after the war was won against the Reapers, Brian didn't spend his time celebrating initially; he kept on dealing with the wounded, both soldiers and civilians alike.

Now that Brian had his own taste of combat and medical, he's currently waiting for his next assignment. He knows that even though the Reapers are gone now, there's still going to be a threat out there somewhere, and he's ready. He's ready to explore the galaxy, meet new people, then patch them up afterwards.
