Two Paragraph Backstory:
Tuso was spent most of his childhood and young adulthood working with his father on the Turian Homeworld. His Father owned a small ship salvage and repair, and Tuso was taught the trade from a young age. By the time he reached adulthood he had master the art of Engineering due to his father and took over for his father for the following years after his death. After the colony Taetrus was taken over in some of the first Reaper attacks, Tuso shut down his father shop and enlisted with the Alliance to assist the war effort.
Tuso learned to apply his mechanical skills more practically on the battlefield during his small encounters with the Geth and in his battles during his service. For the most part the Turian dealt with securing locations with mechanized turrets and emplacements, as well as some basic hacking skills. During this time Tuso was also given basic combat training, including rifles, explosives, and tactical formations. Although he enlisted rather early on in the Reaper war, he's only managed to achieve the rank of Specialist.
